To access the IIF app and begin to build your farm, you need to be a member of the IIF Co-operative (IIF Coop).
The IIF Coop is the entity that holds your assets in an efficient and effective manner.
Like all co-operatives, the IIF Coop is owned by its members. (You can read more here).
If you would like to apply to become a member of the IIF Coop you’ll need to complete the application form below.
The application is required to comply with government regulations and you’ll also need to pay an annual co-op membership fee of $55. That covers the admin and compliance necessary for co-ops, and is non-refundable.
Once your application is processed, you will be provided with access to the IIF app and be eligible to participate in member offers.
You’ll need to join the Cooperative as an individual first. Once you’re a member, it’s easy to set up your preferred investment account in the IIF app.
IIF partners with farmers at key points in the season, when stocking decisions are made, or when crops are sown. Because these are real agricultural assets, availability is seasonal and supply is limited. The marketplace may sell out at times, that’s just the rhythm of agricultural cycles. But over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build a well-diversified farm in your pocket.
